For the peace of my mind?

It is always nice in the countryside.
We step into a local café and enjoy our afternoon tea.

It’s so peaceful and quiet.
Not one inner-city cool-dressed youth comes in sight,
But I see few old couples and the locals here and there.
The quality of food and sweets is excellent.
Just as should be.

You can stay as long as you want.
Nobody will raise a brow.
Forget who you are and embrace the moment of indulgence.
Like the old days.

It’s afternoon, and I’m at home.

It’s the day like this
I remember that afternoon we were at the timbre table
In the sleepy countrytown café,
Where refreshments were refreshing as the name suggests.

It was sunny like today.
Afternoon light is simmering through the blinds.
